If you simply take the 128 Evil and Erroneous Views to examine the master, you can clearly see it at a glance and tell whether he is true or fake and whether he is authentic or evil. Why would you need any other answers? If you are still not sure about it, you can directly see, from the robe that the master is wearing, which level he is, and how many buttons he has. No one can fake it. As for whether the master has retrograded, the robe he is wearing can tell you the answer, and no explanation is needed. Whether someone is holy or ordinary, one cannot pretend it.
The holy test held by the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters have already completed. Due to the huge number of people attending the written test, the workload of reviewing the answer sheets is very large. The answer sheets of the middle-level holy and virtuous ones need to be reviewed by the great holy gurus; and the answer sheets of the regular masters are reviewed by the mid- and lower-level holy and virtuous ones. The United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters is rather serious about the test it gives to the masters and holy gurus. The test is held in a few steps. First, all candidates must take the written test on Buddhist theoretical knowledge. After having taken the written test, one can then proceed to the qualification check by Famen Gongyu. Those who have passed the check are given an eligibility certificate. Only when one has the eligibility certificate can one enter the test site for the holy test.
Wangzha Shangzun said: “The explanation about Famen Gongyu which this Headquarters announced on October 1 is too short and simplistic; people don’t understand where it comes from. Since it is mentioned, its description needs to be a bit more detailed.”
We are calling the attention of all Buddhist cultivators. The correct title of Gold Button Level 3 should be Shangzun. Please see the attachment for the correct content of the announcement.
The titles of the levels we publish today are based on the reasoning of the teachings and chosen by Divination and Divine Foretelling and Famen Gongyu that are employed in the holy test. These titles are definitive
Wangzha Shangzun, who is Gold Button Level 3, said: “A regular Holy Guru, no matter who they are, has no qualification to transmit Dharma on behalf of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. They can only transmit Dharma by themselves. A Gold Button Level 5 Tremendously Holy Guru can transmit the supreme great dharma of State-practice Initiation on behalf of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Other than that, a Gold Button Level 4 Tremendously Holy Guru can perform holy inner-tantric initiations or transmit great esoteric or exoteric Dharma on behalf of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. A Great Holy Guru of Gold Button Level 3 can only perform inner-tantric initiation and transmit corresponding Dharma of esoteric and exoteric sects on behalf of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
If a candidate has passed Blue Button Level 3 in the final holy test, then that person is eligible for taking the test for Gold Button Level 1. But note that there are two ways to take the test for Gold Button. The first is to continue the test in the Samsara Eight-wind Array for Gold Button Level 1, the second is to stop the Eight-wind Array but separately go to the Vajra Array to take the test for Gold Button Level 1. However, anyone who is going to start the test with Vajra Array must note it at the time of registration.
There are some people who have earned very practical merits but the levels which they attained from the holy test are not high. This kind of situation does totally exist, and moreover, it happens at quite a high percentage. Even though from the surface, those people look as if having done very practical Buddhist undertakings, their motivations must be questioned. For example, some folks have set up many Dharma-listening centers to propagate the Dharma voice of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. They indeed have done incalculable work of merits…
Pay special attention. There are two ways to take the Vajra Array Test. One is to follow the normal sequence of test, and the other is to directly take the test. A candidate who wants to take the Vajra Array Test must apply to do it at registration. Someone who plans to take the Vajra Array Test through the normal sequence can call it off if he or she does not want to take it any more at the test time, but those who apply to directly take the Vajra Array Test cannot cancel it.
