Here are the replies to the inquiries received:
- Your master, whom you asked about in your inquiry, does not have the authentic transmission of the Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma, nor is he able to administer the Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma of true Buddha-dharma transmission. If he practices that dharma, his transmission is from demons and devils. In this world, only H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, the sole holder of the Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma, has the authority to speak and recognize this matter. As long as the Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma is not transmitted from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III through a lineage, the so-called Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma practiced by anyone is from demons and devils. Even the elder dharma kings in Tibet who taught your masters do not have the transmission of Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma either, and nor are they able to practice the Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma of proper transmission. If they transmit or practice that dharma, the transmission is from demons and devils, too. Your master did participate in a Dharma contest with another rinpoche. Your master lost to him.
- The person you inquired about had his crown opened via the Dharma of the Nirvana Path Fruit (泥丸道果法). We do not know whether he violated the precepts, but his crown will be sealed if he has.
- Regarding your request that the Inquiry Center of the World Buddhism Association Headquarters publicly point out his name, we reply that it is not necessary at present because he has already expressed the attitude of correcting evil and following what is good. We should allow him to do so, hoping that this world will have one more person who corrects evil and follows what is good.
- Above Blue Button Level 3, every Black Button added indicates that one’s merit has increased significantly. The more Black Buttons one has, the higher one’s merit, accomplishment, and status are.
