…The most important part of the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma Assembly is the release of captive lives as the ending practice of the Dharma. If there is no release of captive lives, then it is a violation to Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s fundamental truth of great compassion. That is a serious violation to the precept! Afterwards, there is not only no gain in good merit, but the bad merit will grow.
If you truly want to know what level of accomplishment a master has, then you must ascertain the answer from the level that master has achieved in the test and the robe the master wears bearing the buttons that correspond to the master’s level. That is the touchstone for examining the level of someone’s dharma powers and is 100% accurate without the slightest error. It is because it’s so accurate, the couplets at the entrance of the Eight-wind Array could say: “Your level revealed is exactly what your level is, so do not think your level would be any higher;” and “Your weight shown will be whatever you weigh, so there is no way you can add weight.”
Wangzha Shangzun said: “…I will state it clearly today. Based on my practice, I don’t even have one percent of the Dharma power to successfully practice the Dharma of Inviting Buddha to Bestow Amrit! Inviting Buddha to Bestow Amrit is the quintessence of the supreme jewel. Upon receiving the initiation of amrit, one can attain the holy state in tangible form on the spot. As far as extending the years of one’s life, it is only natural. But unless a Buddha, a Marvelous Enlightenment Bodhisattva or an Equal Enlightenment Bodhisattva, no one has the Dharma capability that can invite a Buddha to bestow amrit!…
Wangzha Shangzun said: “You must read this public announcement. From now on, anyone who wants to learn an important Dharma must first read, understand and be well versed in this public announcement, because any Buddhist cultivator who is going to learn and receive the initiation of a high level Dharma will be asked about it. If you are asked about the content of this public announcement and you don’t know anything about it, you will not be allowed into the hall to learn the Dharma.
If a master has not passed the test to get the level but call themselves a holy being, no matter how great a dharma king, venerable, great rinpoche, or great dharma master they may be, they are an impostor who pretends to be a Buddhist. They are just a piece of scrap metal and not gold!
Some people asked: Would the master presiding over the test intentionally give some people who only pass the test for lower levels the robe and certification of a higher level? Can the robe really ascertain someone’s level for 100%? This kind of inquiry is due to not understanding the rules and the test and the live situation at the test site. You should understand that the holy and virtuous gurus’ Buddha Dharma at the headquarters is not like what those who have not obtained true transmissions and could only talk in empty theories and unrealizable dharma have. It is the Buddha Dharma truly transmitted from Shakyamuni Buddha and can manifest itself in a holy state in which its form is true and tangible.
Buddhist disciples, is the master you rely on or take refuge with an ordinary person or a holy person? a high monk, great virtuous one, or an impostor with evil views and understanding, who feigns to be holy? You have to use your mind to observe them. Because it is difficult to have a human life and to encounter Buddha Dharma, since you have encountered Buddha Dharma in this lifetime, don’t walk the wrong path again. If we wrongly go and rely on a master who has evil views, we will fall into the three bad realms, go through all sorts of sufferings without hope for happiness forever, and miserably meet bad retributions.
To protect Buddhist disciples from falling prey to deceit and lies, the master whom Buddhist disciples prostrate to must have their status determined by way of the test to tell whether they are holy or ordinary, and what level of accomplishment they have attained. The test result is given in accordance with the Dharma rather than the person and is based on the definitive meaning and not the provisional meaning.
Nowadays, there are some masters who have fame. Because they are used to sitting high on a rostrum, they have become conceited and far removed from people. They even pretend to be holy beings intentionally or unintentionally. This headquarters has received a lot of reports. We advise you not to wrongly call yourself a holy being! You can only be a true holy being if you come to the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters and pass the test for a holy being with your own capabilities!
If you simply take the 128 Evil and Erroneous Views to examine the master, you can clearly see it at a glance and tell whether he is true or fake and whether he is authentic or evil. Why would you need any other answers? If you are still not sure about it, you can directly see, from the robe that the master is wearing, which level he is, and how many buttons he has. No one can fake it. As for whether the master has retrograded, the robe he is wearing can tell you the answer, and no explanation is needed. Whether someone is holy or ordinary, one cannot pretend it.
