Regarding the inquiry that a particular individual falsely claimed to have obtained permission from His Holiness the Buddha and declared to Buddhist practitioners that Feng shui and fortunetelling can change fortune and fate, the team of Holy Gurus of the World Buddhism Association Headquarters has respectfully submitted a verification petition to Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III. His Holiness the Buddha proclaims, “It is a vicious fallacy against causality and inherently an evil ideology. I have already elucidated the distinction between the righteous and evil of this kind. You are pitiful if you align with evil, and no one can save you.”

The name Vajra master originated from a translation of the Tibetan word Acaryas which encompasses very broad and general constituents. This name embodies various concepts of being a Vajra master and categorically represents different Vajra masters: authentic Vajra master, fake Vajra master, mediocre Vajra master, and holy Vajra master. The differences in caliber between them are like night and day. Suppose a Buddhist practitioner can impart common Buddhist ordinances and doctrines, uphold strict precepts, propagate Dharma, and benefit the public and all beings. In that case, this Buddhist practitioner can be a teacher and in Vajrayana, this teacher is called a Vajra master.

We, the team of Holy Gurus, have respectfully submitted our verification petition to Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III. His Holiness, the Buddha Master, proclaims: “From the lineage of Jiaozun Shih Zhengda, Dharma Master Shih Zhizhuang is the third-generation authentic Buddha Dharma transmission holder of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma.

…If someone is an incarnation of a Buddha or Bodhisattva, but does not have holy corporeity or holy physical power, their physical constitution and strength are just like that of an ordinary person, and they cannot even surpass the World’s Strongest Man for Lifting the Pestle onto the Platform; can they be a Holy Guru? Can they be the incarnation of a great Bodhisattva? They are but an ordinary person, a con artist, a liar, or an evildoer!

The Holy Gurus of the World Buddhism Association Headquarters hereby address the three inquiries below and reply as follows:
1. Buddhist disciples beware! No temple in this world can represent the Ancient Buddha Temple, True Dharma Temple or the Holy Miracles Temple. Any other temple can only speak for their own. They cannot represent the three great temples: the Ancient Buddha Temple, the True Dharma Temple, and the Holy Miracles Temple! These three great temples with true Buddha Dharma are officiated by Tremendously Great Holy Gurus and Great Holy Gurus at Bodhisattva levels.

A question was raised by a disciple of the Vajrayana tradition on behalf of the candidates attending the Determination by Holy Selection (aka. Zejue): “I attended the Determination by Holy Selection of the Dharma of Yamantaka Vajra this time. I am grateful to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and the holy virtuous persons for giving me this opportunity, which enabled me to have the good fortune of seeing the true appearance of Yamantaka Vajra in my current lifetime. However, we just cannot understand the fact that among the 27 candidates attending the Determination by Holy Selection, only two successfully practiced the Dharma of Yamantaka Vajra and manifested the true appearance of Yamantaka Vajra.

The four hidden & explicit ways; the annual examination; an art critic’s article; having the crown opened; and other matters
Inquiry 1: What kind of person is qualified to carry out the “four hidden ways” and the “four explicit ways”?
Reply: Only great holy ones, who are at least a Shangzun at the level of Gold Button Level 3, can carry out the four hidden ways. Moreover, the hidden ways can only be applied to a disciple who is very pious and has quite remarkable a practice of cultivation. The situation is that a Shangzun who is at the level of Gold Button Level 3 wants to make this disciple the seed to the transmission of true Buddha Dharma or, in other words, transmit true Buddha Dharma to this disciple.

The Inquiry Center of the World Buddhism Association Headquarters already replied to your inquiry publicly. Now you are asking the same question again. We now reply to you one more time, but we still won’t mention your master’s name. You asked why he said that he had learned the Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma even though he had not. That just means that he told lies to deceive people.

Your master, whom you asked about in your inquiry, does not have the true transmission of the Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma, nor is he able to administer the Namo Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma of true Buddha-dharma transmission. If he practices that dharma, his transmission is from demons and devils. In this world, only H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has the authority to speak and recognize this matter.
