Regarding the arrangement of the “True Dharma Buddha Hall” mentioned in your letter, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s Announcement No. 4 (June 6, 2009) and Announcement No. 15 (September 1, 2010) provide detailed and accurate explanations. We hope you will carefully read and truly understand them.
He tells everyone to respect H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and the Expounding the Absolute Truth Through the Heart Sutra. That is of immeasurable merit. However, the method he uses to read it is his personal idea, and this idea is isolated from living beings’ dependent origination. Because everyone’s good root has a different depth, their obstacles and karma vary, their abilities to comprehend things, forms of enlightenment, and their environments are all different, a cookie-cutter approach is not suitable for all living beings.
All Buddhist disciples should know that the secular Hayagriva’s Beads Trigram Dharma naturally cannot accurately choose between good and evil. The holy Dharma is very different from the secular Dharma.
It is not important whether this person you notified us about is a dharma master. If that person has no holy capabilities or Dharma power, they are not worth being promoted. The hard relics found in a cremation cannot be admitted carelessly like that to a Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III’s Dharma Voice listening center and used as an offering.
The following is the reply to an inquiry letter:
In this time and age, only the Buddhist books authored by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and legally authorized for publication, and the audio recordings of the Dharma Discourses imparted by Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III that are directly distributed by the International Buddhist Sangha Association, can be regarded as the true meaning of Buddha Dharma.
Regarding the inquiry that a particular individual falsely claimed to have obtained permission from His Holiness the Buddha and declared to Buddhist practitioners that Feng shui and fortunetelling can change fortune and fate, the team of Holy Gurus of the World Buddhism Association Headquarters has respectfully submitted a verification petition to Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III. His Holiness the Buddha proclaims, “It is a vicious fallacy against causality and inherently an evil ideology. I have already elucidated the distinction between the righteous and evil of this kind. You are pitiful if you align with evil, and no one can save you.”
The name Vajra master originated from a translation of the Tibetan word Acaryas which encompasses very broad and general constituents. This name embodies various concepts of being a Vajra master and categorically represents different Vajra masters: authentic Vajra master, fake Vajra master, mediocre Vajra master, and holy Vajra master. The differences in caliber between them are like night and day. Suppose a Buddhist practitioner can impart common Buddhist ordinances and doctrines, uphold strict precepts, propagate Dharma, and benefit the public and all beings. In that case, this Buddhist practitioner can be a teacher and in Vajrayana, this teacher is called a Vajra master.
We, the team of Holy Gurus, have respectfully submitted our verification petition to Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III. His Holiness, the Buddha Master, proclaims: “From the lineage of Jiaozun Shih Zhengda, Dharma Master Shih Zhizhuang is the third-generation authentic Buddha Dharma transmission holder of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma.
…If someone is an incarnation of a Buddha or Bodhisattva, but does not have holy corporeity or holy physical power, their physical constitution and strength are just like that of an ordinary person, and they cannot even surpass the World’s Strongest Man for Lifting the Pestle onto the Platform; can they be a Holy Guru? Can they be the incarnation of a great Bodhisattva? They are but an ordinary person, a con artist, a liar, or an evildoer!
