Ever since the World Buddhism Association Headquarters’ announcement numbered 20170111 was published, many Buddhist disciples said, even though they had received the blessings from the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma, and many years had passed since they received an inner-tantric initiation, they had never thought they fell pray to swindlers. Only now do they understand that the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Blessing Dharma as well as true inner-tantric initiations are so sacred, subtle and profound.

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said: “This Buddhist does not really know what he is talking about. Mahakala the Dharma Protector, Rahula the Dharma Protector, and Ekajati the Dharma Protector are the three most powerful Dharma protectors in Tibetan Buddhism. I am no in Tibetan Buddhism, nor am I in any sect. I am in Buddhism, the Buddhism of Shakyamuni Buddha and the Buddhas in the ten directions. My Dharma protector is not to fall in the 128 evil and erroneous views, the practice I keep is the two main mind essences of the Supreme and Unsurpassed Mahamudra of Liberation as well as What is Cultivation, my truth is Expounding the Absolute Truth with Heart Sutra, my vows are not to receive any offering through my life and to expound the true Dharma of Tathagata that is common to all Buddhas in the ten directions for living beings’ happiness and liberation voluntarily.

The one-hundred holy Dharma assemblies hosted by me, Wangzha, is formally closed today. I have held the entire ritual for the one hundred holy Dharma assemblies. During the time of the one hundred holy assemblies, some Buddhist cultivators were very serious and responsible, their minds and deeds were very focused on chanting the sutra, chanting the Buddha’s name, chanting the mantra, and singing the praise, so that they received a lot of beneficial effects. Some other people, however, were distracted and looked at others’ expressions or actions, listened to others chanting or singing, and most deplorably, commented on others’ good and bad. That has brought impure karma to the holy assemblies…

A lot of places are now arranging to hold “the One Hundred Holy Assemblies”. Using that name for their Dharma assemblies is really a joke. People are making a mistake because they don’t really understand what the “One Hundred Holy Assemblies” really are. What you are having is not what is officially named “the One Hundred Holy Assemblies” but just a type of Dharma assembly. It is fine to hold one hundred Dharma assemblies. That is a good thing to do. But, holding “the One Hundred Holy Assemblies” is not fine, because “the One Hundred Holy Assemblies” are the holy assemblies formed with certain holy people, a certain origination, a certain place, a certain time and certain meritorious power.

Wangzha Shangzun said: “Those evil people are very cunning. But however cunning they may be, they cannot change their original evil nature. They will come right out if they feel there is a chance for them to destroy true Buddha Dharma. Therefore, we can now use a simple method to capture those evil masters and cheaters. It is called the bag formation. With it, we can easily capture those evil people and expose them in the bright daylight.”
